ZUMBA® intermediate Tues 6:30pm -7:15pm

Zumba® intermediate is a positive and safe class for all intermediate aged kids who love to hang out and have fun with friends! Here you also get to make new friends while dancing under the pumping disco lights, learning lots of new moves and playing fun games!!

It wasn’t that easy and I nearly fell back into my old bad habit of cheering myself up with a peanut butter sandwich, (not Paleo), when I found out that 2 other challengers had lost more weight than I had.
